90 Day Return Period You may return any item that has not been installed within 90 days of placing your order.

You are responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations regarding the proper handling, packing, and shipment of combustible materials, hazardous materials, fragile materials, materials that may leak, or anything that may cause environmental or physical harm.
Abuse of Return Policy: ApplianceAssistant.com reserves the right to refuse to sell to any person for any reason not prohibited by law, including, but not limited to, abuse of its return policy.

- Place a copy of your invoice in the package or make your own, including:

- Address
- Telephone number
- Order number
- Model and serial number of equipment
- Reason for return
- Pack your return securely in the original packaging or your own packaging.

We will get back to your order information within the next 5 days.
Refunds: After we have received and processed the return, we will credit your card for the amount you paid for the item(s), plus any applicable sales tax. Returns are normally processed within a few days.
Note: Your bank may not release the funds back to you for two weeks or longer depending on their policies.
Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for any costs associated with your returning item(s) to ApplianceAssistant.com. Shipping costs are not covered by our return policy. We will not refund the shipping or other surcharges you paid during your original purchase or any shipping charges you may incur in returning the item(s).
